VICE CHAIRPERSON

Shall be assist the chairperson to do all lawful things act and deeds necessary and conducive to the registration under the society’s registration act, 1860.

GENERAL SECRETARY

Muhammad Muneeb Shaikh

Will conduct all the official inside & outside the matters, he will be responsible to generate the funds to run all the foundation projects, he will also assist the finance secretary to manage or look after the account and also help to conduct the audit.

JOINT SECRETARY

Gohar Mustafa

Will assist the general secretary for different matters e.g., fund rising, to manage the office matters & account etc.

FINANCE SECRETARY

Fakhar Mustafa.

Will manage all the account, bank matters. He will be responsible to manage the ledger, balance sheet, and to manage the audit, and will also be responsible for the fund raising etc.

MEMBER

Hafiz Muhammad Zaka Ulla Khan

Will assist and manage all the special jobs, which will be directed by chairperson or by General Sectary, and they will also be responsible for the fund raising, etc.

The bank account will be opened in the name of the foundation in any schedule bank. The bank account will be operated and cheque. Will be signed by the chairperson along with any one of the following, 

  • General Secretary.

The annual meeting of all office bearers was held on 06-jan-2013, in which we all office bearers put a glance / look on the 2012 annual achievements of the society, on which all office bearers are satisfied and also decide, oath to work together for the next year with their full energy and planning.

At end we all office bearers decide the future strategies with the following important tasks on priority bases,

  • We will try our utmost effort to open our society account with the schedule bank.
  • We will try to collect donations from local & international donors to complete our projects.
